A few days ago Xolo launched Xolo Q500 budget Android quad-core phone at RS. 7,999/- in India. And now Popular budget smartphone maker Gioneerecently launched the Gionee Pioneer P3 in India. The specs are midrange but you will be glad to know the price is low in contrast to the features it provides. It sports a 4.3"(480x800p) display, powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor and runs on Android 4.2.2(Jelly Bean). It has 1GB RAM along with 4GB internal memory and MicroSD card slot is also available upto 32 GB.


This smartphone packs a 5MP rear snapper with LED flash and a 0.3 MP front facing camera. It comes with dual sim(GSM+GSM) support with dual stand-by. Connectivity wise it supports all nessessarry things like 3G, Wi-fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-fi Direct, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS along with aGPS, OTA update. The phone will be supplied juice by a 1700mAh battery unit.

Some interesting software features are Guest Mode which allow you to hide your contents to any other person who's checking your phone. Gionee Xender which lets you easily share large sized contents from your phone to other.

The Gionee Pioneer P3 is available in Black and White colors and is priced at 7,499 INR. So judging by the price it is pretty good deal and its certainly going to attract a lot of budget buyers as well as first time Android users.
