Swip-sonicSwipe, one of the other Indian Smartphone manufacturers launched its first ever Smartphone with Dual SIM CDMA and GSM support. The Smartphone has a 4-inch capacitive touch screen display with 480x800p resolution and it measures: 122x63.7.12 mm and weighs 126 grams.

And interestingly it is powered by a Dual core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Play (MSM 8625) processor with clock speed of 1.2 GHz along with 512 MB RAM. It runs way older Android 4.1 Jelly Bean out of the box and you should not expect any updates either.

Swipe Sonic features Dual SIM (CDMA+GSM) with Dual Stand-by and EVDO, 2G (EDGE). Other Connectivity options includes: Bluetooth with A2DP, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS with A-GPS.

Swipe Sonic sports 2 MP rear camera with no Flash and a 0.3 MP VGA front facing camera for video calling. Like most other budget Android Smartphones it also has only 4 GB of Internal storage and it can be further expanded up to 32 GB via a microSD card.

The Smartphone has a 1500 mAh Li-ion battery unit and Swipe Sonic is available in black color options and is up for grab at only Rs. 7399/- from online retailer Shopclues.

Since very few Smartphones offer Dual SIM Smartphones with CDMA and GSM support in this price range, many buyers who eye for low budget Android Smartphone with CDMA and GSM support are going to end up buying Swipe Sonic.

So, guys if you can live up with 512 MB RAM it is one of the very few devices that offers CDMA and GSM in this price range. Also there is only 4 GB internal storage but I wonder how much will a user get? As Swipe will definitely going to offer some preloaded apps on Swipe Sonic. But you get Snapdragon S4 Play under Rs. 7400, so this is definitely worth a try. If you are in some tight budget and want it, go for it.
