Intex popular for making good value for money smartphone launched yet another smartphone under their Aqua series. This time Intex launched Aqua i6 with 5" (854x480p) display similar to the Aqua i4, this one is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor.
Intex has already partnered with SoC maker Mediatek for the launch of Cloud X3 with a dual core Mediatek MT6572 chip. This one has a 1.3GHz quad-core Mediatek MT6582 processor with Mali 400MP2 as the GPU. Good thing is that it runs Android 4.2.2 out of the box.

Intex Aqua i6 packs a 8 MP Auto focus camera with LED flash and a 2 MP front camera for self portrait and video calls.
The phone has premium IML finish and comes with Matrabhasa, Bigflix, ZAPAK, Intex Play, Intex Cloud with 5 GB of storage and lots more pre-loaded apps. It has dual sim support with dual stand-by, similar to other Intex smartphones, usual sets of connectivity 3G, Wi-fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth with A2DP, GPS and 1900mAh of battery capacity.
But this one has only 512 MB RAM!!! That's a huge drawback and it is quite surprising to see the combination of quad-core processor and 512 MB RAM... At least 1 GB RAM is standard these days, but we suppose it is a cost saving strategy... But any person with just a little tech knowledge can doubt that.... Though I wish it becomes successful and prove me wrong...
Anyway you can get this smartphone at 8990 rs and it comes in black and white colors. It would be available from 40,000 plus dealers, outlets, more than 42 INTEX SQUARES (exclusive retail stores), several hypermarkets and leading e-commerce portals in India.
