Xolo one of the highly known budget android Smartphone
vendor has launched yet another budget Phablet in their Q core series. The Xolo
Q2500 latest Xolo Phablet comes with usual Android 4.2 Jelly Bean but this time
Xolo has promised a Android 4.4 Kitkat update for this.
Xolo Q2500 comes with a 6-inch HD (1280x720p) IPS
display, so it’s basically a Phablet but Xolo has named this ‘PocketPad’, an innovative name indeed,
anyway this PocketPad has been powered by a 1.3 GHz Quad core MediaTek MT6582
processor along with Mali 400MP2 GPU clocked at 500 MHz
The PocketPad packs a 8 MP Auto Focus Rear camera
unit with BSI sensor and LED flash, capable of shooting 1080p videos; a 2 MP
front camera is also there to capture self shots and to attend video calls.
Similar to other Xolo Smartphones it comes with dual SIM support with Dual
stand-by.
Disappointingly the PocketPad comes with only 4 GB
of Internal storage that is expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card, and 1 GB
RAM is there to maintain good multi-tasking. PocketPad is equipped with a 3000
mAh Li-ion battery unit that is said to be delivering 600 hours of Stand-by
times and 2400 mins of talk time.
The Smartphone measures 136x64.6x8.9 mm and comes
with usual connectivity options that including 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n,
Bluetooth, GPS, USB OTG, and FM Radio. The Xolo Q2500 PocketPad is available in
black color and priced at RS. 14,999 and it is expected to go on sale soon.
