According to a report by Mahesh Telecom,
Samsung is reportedly going to launch Galaxy S3 Neo+ (GT-I9300I) in India in a
few days for Rs. 24,900. The Smartphone was officially launched in China with
no word on global availability and unsurprisingly it looks almost same as its predecessor.
The Smartphone packs same 4.8-inch HD (1280x720p)
Super AMOLED display with 306 ppi, and it is powered by 1.4 GHz Quad core processor
along with 1.5 GB RAM, upgrade over S3’s 1 GB RAM. Galaxy S3 Neo+ runs Android
4.3 Jelly Bean out of the box.
The Smartphone is equipped with a 8 MP AF rear
camera with LED flash capable of shooting Full HD videos and a 1.9 MP front
shooter, the Galaxy S3 Neo+ measures 136.6x70.6x8.6 mm and weighs 132 g. Though
it packs IR LED to work as a remote control, it lacks NFC.
The Galaxy S3 Neo+ comes with 16 GB Internal memory,
which is further expandable up to 32 GB with microSD card. Connectivity options
includes 3G (HSPA+ 21Mbps), Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS with A-GPS, FM
Radio and it packs a 2100 mAh Li-Polymer battery unit.
