Indian budget Smartphone manufacturer Celkon has launched
another low cost Android Smartphone in India, the Celkon Campus A125. The
latest Campus A125 like most other low range Smartphones runs on Android 4.2.2
Jelly Bean with no hopes of Kitkat upgrade.
The Celkon Campus A125 sports a 4.5-inch qHD
(540x960p) IPS display, that’s certainly good resolution for a Smartphone that
cost less than Rs. 7000, and the Smartphone is powered by 1.3 GHz dual core
processor (most probably MediaTek chip).
The A125 is equipped with only 512 MB of RAM, but
with the price you can’t ask for more and has unsurprisingly 4 GB of Internal
memory that can be further expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card.
The Campus A125 features 5 MP Auto Focus rear camera
unit with LED flash and a 1.3 MP front camera is also there to take self portraits
and video calls. The front camera is surprisingly 1.3 MP unit when most of the
budget Smartphone deals with a VGA 0.3 MP camera.
On the connectivity front, the Celkon Campus A125
offers almost everything you need, including 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS with A-GPS,
Bluetooth, microUSB, FM Radio, 3.5 mm Audio Jack. The A125 is provided the
juice by a 2000 mAh removable battery.
