Meet the ultimate Shelfie phone from Sony; the Sony Xperia C3 with 5 MP shelfie shooter and soft LED flash

Sony Xperia C3, the much hyped shelfie Smartphone gone official in China and it is ready to be sold in this week in China. The Sony Xperia C3 has been listed on JD, one of the biggest online retailers in China.

Specs wise the latest Sony Smartphone has got all the goodies you can ask for in a midrange Smartphone including a 5.5-inch HD Sony Mobile BRAVIA Engine 2 powered TRILUMINOS display with 267 ppi pixel density.

Under the hood it is powered by 1.2 GHz quad core Qualcomm MSM8926 Snapdragon 400 processor and Adreno 305 GPU. It comes with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB internal memory expandable up to 32 GB with SD card.

As it is touted as the “shelfie” phone it has got some expectations on the front camera for sure, it is equipped with 8 MP AF rear camera paired with LED flash, capable of shooting Full HD videos and a 5 MP HD shelfie shooter with LED flash.

The Sony Xperia C3 is a Single SIM Smartphone and features 3G HSPA+, 4G LTE connectivity along with Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-F Direct, DLNA, Bluetooth v4.0, NFC, microUSB v2.0, FM Radio with RDS, GPS with A-GPS + GLONASS.

Now the pricing, it is listed by JD at a price of CNY 1,999 which translate in to $323 approx (~Rs. 19,648), so it is certainly a solid Smartphone for Shelfie lovers at a good price, let’s just hope Sony soon releases this Smartphone globally.
