Popular Budget Smartphone maker company Coolpad has launched their brand new Smartphone in India, the Coolpad Note 6, company's latest smartphone which is being sold offline exclusively. The Smartphone packs a 5.5-inch Full HD (1920x1080p) 2.5D curved glass Display.
The smartphone measures 153.7x76.4x8.62 mm while weighs 170 grams, under the hood it is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 Octa-core processor with Adreno 505 GPU. It comes in two memory variants, the basic one has 3 GB of RAM with 32 GB Internal Memory while the 4 GB RAM variant comes with 64 GB memory card, both variants support expandable memory up to 128 GB with a microSD card.
The Smartphone is equipped with a 13 MP rear camera with LED Flash capable of shooting FHD videos, while the front camera section packs punch, the main selfie camera unit is an 8 MP unit while it has a secondary front camera of 5 MP resolution, it also has a soft selfie flash alongside. The front camera unit is capable of taking 120-degree wide angle selfies.
The Smartphone runs on Android 7.1 Naugat and features Dual GSM SIM with VoLTE it has dedicated dual SIM slot and microSD slot so you don't need to choose between Single SIM and SD card or Dual SIM with no SD card, other connectivity options include a FingerPrint sensor on the front, embedded on the home button, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS with GLONASS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n.
The Coolpad Note 6 houses a 4070 mAh battery which the company claims, will provide a stand-by time of 350 hours. The Coolpad Note 6 comes in Gold color and the 3 GB + 32 GB variant costs Rs. 8999 while the 4 GB + 64 GB costs Rs. 9999. The Smartphone is available across 300+ multi-brand offline stores across all the major states in India.
Syed Tajuddin, CEO of Coolpad India, shared his views on the launch of Coolpad Note 6:
We are overwhelmed by the response we have received so far for all the handsets we have launched in the past. Despite a lot of options for Indian customers in this price range, customers have opted for Coolpad devices because they appreciate the quality, power pact and rich features of Coolpad smartphones. With a dual selfie camera, great viewing experience, long lasting battery, Coolpad Note 6 will offer a great value for money smartphone for the Indian customers . We are also planning to introduce few more aggressive offline devices in next 2-3 months, in order to make an expansion in the offline market through our retails partners and multi- brand outlets. We are expecting that Coolpad will be able to make a strong presence in offline market by the end of 2018
