However, Xiaomi had launched the Mi 8 SE, the first smartphone using Snapdragon 710 processor. This variant has been added online in China with the “Coming Soon” tag.
The main highlight of this smartphone is its display with a notch in the affordable price range. The Xiaomi Mi 8 SE has come with a spanking 5.88 inches Super AMOLED, full-screen notch display with the resolution of 1080 x 2248 pixels resulting 423 PPI pixel density which is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass. Besides this smartphone is powered by Qualcomm’s latest processor, Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 Octa-Core chipset with Adreno 616 GPU(Graphics) which consists of 8 Kyro 360 running at 2.2 GHz. For camera, Xiaomi Mi 8 SE is equipped with 12 MP (f/1.9) primary with gyro-EIS, dual-pixel PDAF and 5 MP (f/2.0) with dual pixel PDAF secondary camera. It can shoot video in 2160p@60fps, and 1080p@30/120fps. At the front Xiaomi Mi 8 SE packs 20 MP(f/2.0) selfie camera.
