this update lets Users live in USA and CANADA make free voice call in this two country, calls outside this two country can be made by paying a small fee.
The update brings a lot of improvement as well as lots of new features too,
support for animated GIFs in chat has been enabled, music will be paused automatically when an incoming call is coming rather than stopping it like previous versions.
It is expected that Google will bring new update in android at the upcoming "Android 4.4" update with lots of new features and more improvement and hopefully SMS support will also be enabled.
