Sony Xperia M2 Dual
Sony has launched its latest mid range Smartphone in India, the Sony Xperia M2 Dual. This is the Dual SIM version of the Sony Xperia M2, which was announced back in this year‘s Mobile World Congress (MWC).

As the name suggests, it is a dual SIM phone with dual stand-by active. The Sony Xperia M2 Dual sports a 4.8-inch qHD (540x960p) display resulting in 229 ppi pixel density. And it is powered by a 1.2 GHz Quad core MSM8226 Snapdragon 400 processor along with Adreno 305 GPU.

Sony Xperia M2 Dual features 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card. There is a 8 MP AF rear camera unit along with a LED flash that can shoot Full HD 1080p videos, the camera features Auto Scene Recognition, HDR, Timeshift Burst, picture effect, social live. A 0.3 MP VGA front camera is also present.

Connectivity wise it covers all necessary things including 3G (HSPA+), GPS with A-GPS, Bluetooth v4.0 with A2DP, NFC, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Wi-Fi direct DLNA and microUSB, USB OTG.

The Smartphone comes with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean out of the box and a Kitkat update is surely undeniable. The Smartphone is available in Black, White and Purple colors and packs a 2300 mAh non removable Li-Ion battery unit.

The Smartphone is priced at Rs. 21,990 and it has been announced that the Sony Xperia M2 Dual would be available starting Friday. Sony previously launched the Giant Sony Xperia T2 Ultra Duos Phablet in Indiafor Rs. 25,990.
