Samsung Galaxy Mega 2, Company’s latest Phablet has
been launched officially. The Smartphone went on to sale last month in Malaysia
and now the Galaxy Mega 2 is available in Thailand on the official Samsung
Website of Thailand.
The Samsung Galaxy Mega 2 packs a humongous 6-inch
HD (720x1280 p) display and it runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat out of the box, It is
powered by 1.5 GHz quad core Cortex A9 processor (most probably Exynos 4415)
with Mali 400 GPU.
The Smartphone comes with 1.5 GB of RAM with 16 GB
internal memory that is further expandable up to 64 GB with microSD card,
Galaxy Mega 2 is equipped with 8 MP AF rear camera with LED flash along with a
2.1 MP front facing camera.
Connectivity options in Samsung Galaxy Mega 2 contains:
3G HSPA+ (HSDPA: 42.2 Mbps; HSUPA: 11.2 Mbps), 4G Cat4 (DL: 150 Mbps; UL: 50
Mbps), Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS with A-GPS + GLONASS), NFC.
So, pretty much everything important are covered.
The Samsung Galaxy Mega 2 packs a 2800 mAh Li-ion
battery unit and comes in Cosmic Black and Blizzard White color options, the
pricing is yet to be revealed and you can hope to see this new Samsung
Smartphone soon in India too.
